Kiosk
Specially designed to be easy to pick up and use, the IQ LINK kiosk interface requires no training, and brings a wealth of your existing information together in one accessible medium.

Visitors module – signing in step 1: enter your companyViewIn order to sign in, users enter their company name. If the company is already in the system, they are prompted to auto-fill the information, otherwise the system will automatically create a new company record.

Visitors module – signing in step 2: enter your nameViewOnce you’ve entered your company, you simply enter your name (it’ll auto-complete names that exist for that company if you’ve visited before) and click Continue.

Visitors module – signing in step 3: take your photoViewThe last step is to take your photo. Once you’ve signed in, you’ll receive an instant printed label with your photo on it and your photo will be uploaded to the visitors register to allow administrators to easily see who’s on site at any given time.

Intranet interface
For users who already have access to a PC, IQ LINK takes special care to ensure the interface remains suitable and comfortable to them too. So instead of pages, users get scrollbars, and instead of big, touchable buttons, we take advantage of the additional information density to include more useful information.
