Since it’s our philosophy that the system should adapt to your workflow (instead of vice versa), one essential component in the system is the development of specialist IQ LINK Connectors that can retrieve your existing data from wherever it may be currently stored and make it available to your users via IQ LINK.

Whether it’s a connector to your company’s network drive or some existing commercial off-the-shelf product such as Documentum or TRIM, we’ll work to your exact specifications to reduce the impact the new system will have on your existing users.

Of course, you’re not limited to documents. If you have other information that you’d like to make available to IQ LINK users via intranet or kiosks, we can build connectors for those too.

To date, we’ve built connectors for commercial, off-the-shelf document management systems (such as Documentum or SharePoint), training records systems (such as SGS STAX), chemical/MSDS tracking systems (such as Chem Alert), human resources systems (including SAP) and more.

Since every system is subtly different, exact numbers can’t be provided here, but an average IQ LINK connector requires approximately 23 hours’ development.
