Presentation/demo
Totally free, this meeting will provide you with an understanding of what IQ LINK is capable of and how it works.
At the end of the presentation, we’ll invite you to use IQ LINK, get a feel for the interface and an understanding of how it can connect to your existing document store.
Business analysis (pre-install)
Suitability review/system audit — approximately 16 hours
This review is designed to ensure you maximise the chance for success once IQ LINK comes online for users. We’ll come on-site, interview some key stake-holders and some prospective users of the system to get a feel for your existing information workflow. We’ll investigate the site’s environmental suitability and identify any possible gremlins before they arise.
Following some preliminary investigative research into your IT infrastructure and existing processes, we’ll generate a succinct report outlining any identified pre-requisites and other potential suitability issues, and give you a clear indication of the ways IQ LINK can help your users specifically.
Getting the most out of IQ LINK (exploration session) — approximately 5 hours
IQ LINK can be extended in practically limitless ways. In this workshop, we’ll invite a number of key personnel on-site to investigate ways IQ LINK can be extended to save them time and money, and to provide more information to your greater workforce.
It’s a great way to ensure you’ve considered any changes (both to software and hardware) you may wish to make in the near future and to possibly bundle their cost with the rest of the IQ LINK install.
Administrator and content manager training workshop — approximately 8 hours per group of 10
Help your key users get the most out of IQ LINK and how to best engage their users with custom metadata design and system configuration.
IQ LINK is a prime example of user-centric design (UCD) and this session helps your content managers learn to best exploit the system’s features as dictated by its intended audience and maximise your return on investment.
Post-install review
Pilot review — approximately 16 hours
If you opt to licence IQ LINK on its pilot programme, this review will help quantify how the system has performed during its sixty day trial.
We’ll review usage statistics, trawl the audit log and survey your users to report on how the system improved your users’ daily workflow and provide recommendations for changes, if any, to help further take advantage of IQ LINK into the full licence model.
3-month review — approximately 24 hours
It takes a few months of natural usage for the novelty of IQ LINK to wear off and the user experience improvements to reveal themselves.
This review will provide a comprehensive statistical analysis of the system’s efficacy and make recommendations of any changes that you can make to ensure the system’s continued user buy-in.
Much of this review will be focused on the feedback your users have submitted and the ways IQ LINK can be deliberately extended to further take advantage of the hardware and software investment you’ve already made.
