Some users, normally young and computer-savvy, prefer to find documents by searching for them. IQ LINK allows that too.

You can search for documents by clicking “Search” in the Documents sidebar. Enter your search terms and touch “Search”. IQ LINK searches for documents with including the search term in its title or other metadata.

If your web server has indexing set up, you can also search the content of documents. Now your search results will include the same documents as before, plus any documents whose content includes the search terms.

Results are ordered with most relevant results first, so you’re sure to find the document you’re looking for quickly and easily.

Intranet users can search directly from the sidebar anywhere in the Documents module. The intranet interface also provides a way to limit your results to the path you’ve navigated to, allowing you to filter long lists of documents or skip extra levels of hierarchy.
