Your users shouldn’t ever need to know that the printer in the corner of the room is named FX-2939CP-II. They shouldn’t need to fiddle with margins and paper size and paper trays and colour types.

IQ LINK lets an administrator define those settings once for each kiosk so all the users need to do is tap print and collect their printout.

Of course if you’re accessing IQ LINK via the intranet interface, you’ll see the same familiar print dialog box your operating system provides.
